Join Charlestown based artist Sophia Moon for a family fun morning of hands-on art making. Inspired by Massiel Grullon’s Knotical Waves, young artists will make their own mix-media maritime artworks that explore the themes of geography, environment, and history of the Navy Yard. 

Sophia Moon is a multi-passionate creative—abstract artist, writer, musician—and is the Chief JoyMaker at Essem Art Studio in Charlestown. Sophia considers it the highest privilege to create magical experiences for studio kids and families.
