Please join us at Lot Lab for a morning of restoring inner balance. We’ll begin with a peaceful yoga session led by Gabriele Preston, a practitioner of yoga for 5+ years, who just finished their training! Their intention, always, is to help people explore their inherent ability to access liberation in their bodies. We’ll then take a short break in preparation for a mindfulness session. This journey will be led by Dr. Agne Kazakeviciute de Velazquez, who has been a coach and practitioner of mindfulness for over a decade. Both of these sessions will be tailored to guests of all levels!
